TORRES STILL UNSURE

Chelsea’s strikers Demba Ba, Fernando Torres and Eto’o have not been going through the best of times and this is evident taking into consideration that the top goal-scorers for the team of Jose Mourinho is filled with midfielders as Hazard is the main outlet of goals for his team in this season followed by Oscar and Lampard.

Fernando Torres still has not found his stride and failed to live up to huge £50 million price tag that Chelsea had to pay in order to secure his services from Liverpool back in 2011 meanwhile Eto’o is not the same quick and energetic player that he used to be some years ago when he was one of the best forwards in the world playing in Barcelona.

Due to the lack of goals from the main forwards of the club, Jose Mourinho has been reported to be interested in signing Luis Suarez or Radamel Falcao as the players that can potentially solve the crisis that certain Chelsea players are going through.

Chelsea are ready to offer £65m for Liverpool striker Luis Suarez as Jose Mourinho looks to bring in the Uruguayan international to strengthen this attack. The Uruguayan forward has scored 13 goals in just 9 Premier League matches in this season and this sensational start of season for Suarez has not only attracted Chelsea but many other European clubs are expected to make offers for the 26 years old player.

If Jose Mourinho is however unable to snatch Suarez in January he has a number of players that he will be looking into some of these including Lewandowski, Benzema, Martinez and Benzema.
Chelsea has scored a total of 28 goals in 14 Premier League fixtures this season but with most of those goals arriving from the midfielders of the team, Mourinho is hoping that the arrival of new striker will change it.
